In 2010, the Communauté d’Agglomérations started a construction programme of a media library for the region (Bibliothèque multimedia à Vocation Régionale - BMVR), of almost 13 000 m2.

This cultural equipment is part of the context of the transformation of the media libraries which re-think the purpose of this type of equipment around the means of access to information on physical and dematerialized support.

LM-Ingénierie worked with INNSEO and as project owner assistant for the communicating infrastructure to the end of the specifications.
