In 2019, CAPAVEN launched a renovation phase of the building located on Montesquieu Street in Paris. The interior design is intended to create office and meeting spaces for the Union Notariale Financière (Unofi) . 

The design mission won by LM Ingénierie Audiovisuel consists in the creation of a board room equipped with video broadcasting and voice reinforcement, a conference room with an equipped control room, and meeting rooms from 4 to 24 seats allowing the sharing of documents on a screen and sometimes video-conferencing.
